Protective case is suggested to be REMOVED during charging. During inductive charging the pad and phone get warm slightly, they may get even warmer if you use your phone during charging such as GPS, play games or music etc.
 
Note:
1. Please be noted that Samsung original adapter or QC 2.0/ QC 3.0 fast charging adapter is required for fast charging feature.
2. Please keep the charger and receiver device from water and other liquid.
3. If you want to clean the charger, please disconnect the power supply.
4. The work temperature should be keep within 0~45℃.
 
Step1: Please make sure your phone support fast wireless charge or not.
Step2: Power on the fast wireless charger, the Blue and Green LED indicator will light for two seconds at the same time than turn off, the charging pad is standby.
Step3: Place your phone on the charging pad, the LED indicator will turn on (Blue means standard charging, Green means fast charging), when full charge, the Green LED indicator will turn off, Blue LED indicator will turn off after 5 seconds later.
Step4: If charge abnormal, the Blue LED indicator will flash one time per second until charge normal.
